Use the numeric License ID (integer from your Freemius customer dashboard → Licenses, or the URL when viewing a license) and the long license secret key — the same value the WordPress plugin uses (not your Freemius login password). Paste the full key with no spaces. If it still fails, confirm the portal server has the correct FREEMIUS_PRODUCT_ID for this product.
